We greatly value the in-person connection basic to interpersonal psychotherapy that can be compromised by using a screen during video therapy.

Thus, we only use telehealth occasionally for those in rural areas, if you are on vacation, or if you feel too weak or ill to come to our office during your session.

We will use a HIPAA compliant audio-video app for I-phone or Android or for your PC.

Before using Telehealth, you are required to complete our on-line registration. We also require that you participate in at least one in-person session before using telehealth at which time you need to bring in your deposit.

Self-pay is a reliable option for occasional telehealth services. Or, you can try using an insurance that we accept; each insurance however has its own policy whether it will reimburse or not for telehealth.
