We are conveniently located in the Old Orchard West Brick building at the corner of West Center Road and 133rd Plaza in West Omaha.

Please use the exterior door with the #13304 above it. This main door is located in the center of the building that faces West Center Road.

Once you are inside our building, go directly up the staircase. At the top of the landing, turn left, and go through the double glass doors. Then make an immediate left. Look immediately to the right and you will see our Suite #218.

Come into our waiting room. Welcome!
